DAREnet will participate with a dedicated session in the 12th International Conference on Environmental Legislation, Safety Engineering and DIsaster MAnagement (ELSEDIMA) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. In this session, DAREnet will present the findings from the 1st workshop of the DAREnet Topic Working Groups. The Working Groups will present needs and gaps, as well as barriers and enablers for innovating flood response and management. The Working Groups will invite the ELSEDIMA audience to discuss potential solutions for innovating flood management.
The DAREnet session will take place on 17 May 2018, 14:30 – 16:00.

The 2018 conference theme is Disaster Risk Reduction for Sustainable Societies.
